Each visit begins with a complete clean-up. The crew blows the hard surfaces, rakes the decomposed granite back into an even plane, and removes the debris so the property looks finished when they leave. The remaining work is coordinated around the right schedule for your landscape.

Your initial clean-up and seasonal post-monsoon clean-up are included in the relationship rather than billed as separate work. After summer storms move through the Foothills and Marana, your property is already on the schedule to be set right.

How our recurring plans work

The relationship begins with a walkthrough. A supervisor meets you at the property, reviews your priorities, and prepares a written customer specification sheet that records how the yard is to be maintained, from the look you want for the trimming to the areas that need particular attention. The crew works from that document on every visit, so the standard does not depend on memory.

A consistent crew services the property each time. They learn your plants, your grades, your gravel, and your preferences, and that continuity is what produces a well-kept property over time. Service runs weekly or every two weeks, set to the property and how quickly it grows. Requests between visits can be sent by email and are addressed on the next scheduled visit.

When a property calls for more than upkeep, you also have access to our in-house design-build team. A new patio, a planting refresh, expanded hardscape, or a lighting design can be planned and built by the same company that maintains the property, then folded back into regular care.

What shapes your price

Residential landscape maintenance is priced to the property rather than to a fixed template. The main factors are:

• Visit length, the time the crew needs on site to complete the work properly.
• Property size and plant material, since more area and more plants require more attention.
• Frequency, weekly or every two weeks.
• Add-ons such as pre-emergent applications and other seasonal work.

Billing is straightforward. We invoice monthly for the prior month of service, so you pay for work already completed.
